3月31日，特變電工公告稱，公司控股子公司天池能源公司以其全資子公司准能化工公司為主體投資建設准東20億Nm³/年煤制天然氣專案，總投資170.4億元。專案符合國家、地區發展戰略，是國家鼓勵發展領域。

3月31日，中國海油發佈消息，在南海東部海域深層—超深層勘探發現惠州19-6油田，探明油氣地質儲量超1億噸油當量，這是我國首次探獲海上深層—超深層碎屑岩大型整裝油田。惠州19-6油田位於珠江口盆地惠州凹陷，距離深圳市約170公里，平均水深100米。

3月31日，國新辦就第八屆數位中國建設峰會有關情況舉行發佈會。國家發展改革委黨組成員、國家數據局局長劉烈巨集介紹，今年底，我國要實現60%以上新增算力在國家樞紐節點集聚，新建大型數據中心使用綠電佔比超過80%。
