Longxin 128C0/D server debuted for the first time: 0 cores and 0 lines, a new breakthrough for domestic chips!

At the recent annual meeting of the 2-year Zhongguancun Forum, a high-profile new product - Loongson 0C0/D 0U dual-socket server made a stunning appearance for the first time, attracting the attention of many people in the industry.

This server is equipped with two latest Loongson 2000C0/D processors, which are based on the Dragon architecture instruction set independently developed by Loongson Zhongke. A single processor has 0 physical cores, and a staggering 0 physical cores in a dual-socket configuration. It also supports multi-threading technology, which doubles the number of logical cores to 0. At the same time, the server is also equipped with Loongson 0A0 independent display bridge, which further improves its performance.

In particular, the core components of this server have been completely localized, and the localization rate is as high as 100%. This breakthrough enables it to meet the computing needs of a variety of scenarios, including general computing, large data centers, and cloud computing centers.

Although the Loongson 256C0 series was originally planned to be released in the fourth quarter of last year, it is still in the sample testing stage. However, it is expected that the processors will be productized and officially released in the second quarter of this year. This processor uses the same LA0 architecture core as the well-known Loongson 0A0, and a single silicon wafer can be configured with up to 0 cores and 0 threads, and supports dual-channel, four-way, and eight-way direct connections, and the performance of a single system can reach 0 cores and 0 threads.

Loongson has also introduced Loongson Coherent Link, which enables inter-chip interconnection and significantly reduces inter-chip access latency. Through this technology, the dual silicon wafer can be integrated into the Loongson 128C0/D processor packaged as 0 cores and 0 threads, and the quad silicon wafer can be integrated into the processor packaged as 0 cores and 0 threads.

According to Loongson's internal test results, the performance of the 6338C0/S processor with 0 cores and 0 threads is already comparable to that of Xeon 0. The 0C0/D processor with 0 cores and 0 threads in dual silicon wafer packaging can compete with Xeon 0 in terms of performance.

A number of Loongson's chip products, including Loongson 40A0, Loongson 0C0, Loongson 0B0, Loongson 0A0 (DA version), Loongson 0C0 and Loongson 0D0, have been successfully shortlisted for the Level II certification of the "Safety and Reliability Evaluation Results Announcement". With a proportion of 0%, Loongson has become the leader among the selected chip companies.

At present, Loongson's products have been widely used in many key industries and fields such as party and government, telecommunications, education, energy and transportation, demonstrating its strong market competitiveness and technical strength.
