inZOI has officially announced that Denuvo will not be used in the Early Access version of the game. Previously, the game did not explicitly label the DRM information on the store page, and there was only a third-party user license agreement (EULA), but some players found out that the game used Denuvo, which caused some dissatisfaction and concerns about the game's optimization.

Kim Hyung-joon, the game's producer, said, "We initially introduced Denuvo to prevent the game from being tampered with, which is a basic measure to protect ordinary players. That's why we used Denuvo in inZOI: Workshop. However, this was a mistake in our judgment and did not fully reflect everyone's expectations and perceptions of inZII. At the same time, failing to inform everyone of this in advance is also a glaring mistake, and we apologize for it.

We know that removing Denuvo may put the game at risk of tampering, but we also hope that through this decision, more secondary content can be produced, and we hope that inZUI can grow and develop with the community in the long run.

We also asked ourselves, "Does using Denuvo fit in with our 'player first' philosophy?" The answer we came up with was "no". We believe that the direction of inZOI's development should be to build games with players, and most importantly, to listen to everyone's voice and respond to everyone's expectations. This is the direction that inZUI should stick to. ”

Due to our initial judgment error, we would like to sincerely apologize to all of you for the inconvenience and inconvenience caused to the community. We always put our players first and do our best to provide the best experience and build trust with inZUI. We will continue to listen, learn, and improve. Thank you for your attention and enthusiastic feedback, and I hope you will continue to provide valuable feedback to make inZOI a better game.
