本報訊 （記者 周明）3月26日，由陝西省人社廳指導，中國西安人才市場管理委員會辦公室（陝西省人才交流服務中心）、陝西科技大學主辦的“樂業陝西 ‘就’在三秦”2025年全國城市聯合招聘高校畢業生陝西省春季專場招聘活動在陝西科技大學舉辦。

據悉，本次招聘活動聚焦春招黃金期，精準對接需求，助力高校畢業生高品質充分就業。該活動共吸引省內外354家企業參加，提供崗位1.13萬余個，涉及材料化工、機械電氣、數字電信、食品醫藥、文體教育、經管設計等行業。

"There are a lot of jobs offered by the participating companies, and we can find jobs without leaving the campus." At the recruitment event, Deng Hui, a senior student majoring in pharmaceutical engineering at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, told reporters that such a large-scale offline recruitment event is very friendly to graduates who lack job search experience, and everyone has more opportunities to communicate face-to-face with employers.

中國西安人才市場管理委員會辦公室（陝西省人才交流服務中心）相關負責人介紹，招聘活動現場還設有直播帶崗專區以及職業指導、簡歷問診、政策諮詢、AI模擬面試、AI簡歷點評等特色服務專區，為高校畢業生提供“一對一”精準就業指導。今年二季度，該部門將繼續舉辦“樂業陝西 ‘就’在三秦”系列專場招聘活動19場，持續為高校畢業生等重點群體就業保駕護航。
