Wang Daquan said that by tracking and analyzing overseas degree certification data and other relevant data, and inviting professional institutions to analyze them, the results show that the number of Chinese students in some major study destination countries is still growing steadily, and there are also several new trends.

First, the study abroad group has formed a wider coverage, the proportion of children from ordinary families continues to grow, and the trend of popularization of study abroad is becoming more and more obvious.

Second, the study destinations of international students are more extensive, showing the expansion characteristics of traditional centers + new regions. Judging from the data of overseas degree certification completed by the 146-year center, the destination countries of study abroad have covered 0 countries and regions on five continents around the world, in addition to the traditional study destinations of the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, etc., the attractiveness of Asia and the Belt and Road countries is also gradually increasing.

Third, in terms of the driving factors of studying abroad, it has shifted from a single knowledge or skill learning to a multi-dimensional value pursuit, which reflects the composite motivation of "knowledge + ability + culture + identity" as a whole. "This not only reflects the demand for global talent competition, but also reflects the three-dimensional pursuit of personal development by the new generation of overseas students." Wang Daquan said.

Fourth, the professional choice of overseas students is more suitable for the changes in the demand of the talent market. He pointed out that according to the overseas degree certification completed by the center last year, the majors are mainly concentrated in science, management, economics and engineering, and the proportion of the actual number of students in science and engineering is significantly higher than the proportion of planned students, reflecting that the professional field chosen by overseas students is closely related to the general trend of domestic economic development.

Fifth, the trend of overseas students returning to China continues to increase. In recent years, the data of international students returning to China has continued to grow, reflecting China's high-quality development, a more familiar security environment in China, and more development opportunities that attract more and more international students to return to China for development. As a result, the proportion of international students returning to their home countries has also increased significantly.

More than eighty percent of international students are willing to return to China

"According to a survey, more than eighty percent of international students are willing to return to China, so the center has been actively creating conditions to encourage, support and attract Chinese students to return to China for employment and entrepreneurship." Wang Daquan said.

他進一步指出，中心正在以國家留學人才就業服務平臺為依託，提供在線就業服務，目前平台註冊的留學生人數已經達到31萬余名，用人單位達1700多家，幫助留學生打通就業市場信息壁壘，促進人才資源和用人單位需求精確匹配。

同時，中心持續舉辦留學英才招聘會，歷年來已經彙聚了1萬多家用人單位，累計提供了超過25萬個工作崗位，吸引了20余萬名留學人員參會，同時還組織多個展團赴海外招聘海外留學人員。中心還在持續完善春暉留學人員創新創業平臺，為海外中國留學生提供創新創業指導、項目發現、培育推廣和落地等系列服務。

Wang Daquan said that the center will improve the digital service capabilities of the whole chain of studying abroad, and on the basis of incorporating study abroad services into online government services, the center will release the study abroad one-net APP this year, which will solve the needs of students going abroad in one stop on the mobile phone, such as consulting, safe study abroad, academic awards, employment services, etc., and provide credible, accessible and usable all-round services for students going abroad. In addition, we will improve the overseas degree certification system, build a trustworthy university system and database, provide more accurate reference and selection suggestions for Chinese students to study abroad, improve the ability to serve students studying in China, improve the service chain, help Chinese schools attract more high-quality overseas students, continue to promote the deepening of strategic cooperation with domestic and foreign universities, and continuously expand the cooperation network and circle of friends of domestic and foreign universities.
