In the northern edge of the Taklamakan Desert, nature paints a striking sand painting with its unique brush. In this sea of sand, poplar forests are dotted between the desert and the lake, and the raging yellow sand and river water are briefly intertwined, making this golden picture full of flowers!
There are many poplar forest parks or scenic spots in southern Xinjiang, but the beauty of Huludao is unique. Every leaf of the poplar forest seems to be deeply impregnated with gold-red or orange-yellow watercolor, forming a rich and colorful picture with the desert and lake, and the autumn colors of Xinjiang are rendered to the extreme here!
In late autumn, the poplar forests begin to turn yellow, and the golden poplars and emerald lakes complement each other, and the undulating sand dunes set off the spectacular scenery. Nourished by the waters of the Tarim River and Lake Luobu, the desert is no longer monotonous and bleak. The vast desert surrounds it and protects it from the outside environment.
Whether it's the vast Taklamakan Desert or the tranquil Tarim River, the perfect note is found in the autumn poplars. It is a life force, a tenacious and unyielding spirit, and an endless awe and praise for nature. Image source in the article @ Mi Photography Community Free Camel
