2025年4月18日，當首列完成"體檢"的旅客列車從中國鐵路上海局集團有限公司南京東機輛段啟東客車技術整備所鳴笛啟程，中國鐵路發展史冊上就此鐫刻下重要座標。作為全國鐵路第一座集成機車、普速客車、動力集中動車組等多種車型檢修整備作業能力的客車技術整備所正式啟用，不僅標誌著鐵路運維體系迎來革命性突破，更折射出中國交通強國建設從規模擴張轉向效能提升的戰略升維。
