創新驅動成效顯著，新質生產力穩步發展。全年工業企業技改投資比上年增長37.5%。規模以上工業中，新能源汽車產量112.43萬輛，增長14.3%。充電樁產量62.83萬個，增長26.3%。太陽能電池8180.11萬千瓦，增長61.4%。3D列印設備545台，增長41.9%。積體電路圓片885.40萬片，增長36.7%。限額以上企業(單位)中，通過公共網路實現的零售額901.43億元，增長7.9%。

全年糧食播種面積385.36萬畝，比上年增長0.1%；蔬菜播種面積113.74萬畝，增長2.5%；園林水果種植面積70.95萬畝，下降2.2%；油料播種面積6.29萬畝，增長4.1%。全年糧食產量143.30萬噸，連續五年穩定在140萬噸以上。
