為了慶祝哈勃太空望遠鏡發射35周年，美國宇航局（NASA）和歐洲航太局於2025年4月18日發佈了鷹狀星雲中一座巨大的氣體塵埃塔的新圖像。

The tower, which is 5.0 light-years tall, is part of the Eagle Nebula, which is known as the "cradle" of young stars.It is a star-born region of the Milky Way, also known as the "Star Queen Nebula", which contains several active star-forming regions as well as areas of gas and dust, of which the famous "Pillars of Creation" are a part.

Compared to the same area taken twenty years ago, the images are more colorful and detailed.

As part of the Year 35 celebrations, the Hubble Telescope will also re-observe several celestial objects to show off their new look from a different perspective.

Although these "replays" do not lead to major scientific discoveries, they can provide a more striking visual experience.
