新華社昆明4月16日電（記者林碧鋒）春意盎然萬象新。眼下，地處烏蒙山區的雲南省昭通市迎來天麻育種、種植好時節。平整土地、埋材放菌、播種覆土……農戶們在山林間播下滿載豐收希望的種子。

　　“只要用心種，這天麻就是咱山裡人的‘金疙瘩’。”陳萬貴家住昭通市彝良縣小草壩鎮大橋村，是村裡有名的天麻種植大戶。2024年，他家育種天麻5萬余袋，種植天麻20余畝，產值60余萬元。

　　不僅自己致富，陳萬貴還帶動周邊10余位村民到天麻基地務工，人均年收入超1萬元。村民陳發龍說，“如今，村裡的天麻種植規模不斷擴大，我們的日子越過越紅火。”

Zhaotong is the prefecture-level city with the largest number of people lifted out of poverty in China. In the past, the mountains blocked the pace of local development, inconvenient transportation, barren land, and traditional agriculture made it difficult for the masses to live a prosperous life, but nature also endowed Zhaotong with a unique treasure - gastrodia.

Since the seventies and eighties of the 20th century, Zhaotong began to explore the imitation of wild planting under the gastrodia forest, and now realizes the development of the whole industrial chain such as seed breeding, standardized planting, intensive processing, and brand marketing. It has also become the origin of Gastrodia in the world, and is the core area of high-quality Gastrodia cultivation in China, and has the reputation of "the hometown of Gastrodia in China".

As the core production area of Zhaotong gastrodia industry, Yiliang County has made all-round efforts to build a "national high-quality gastrodia industry base" in recent years.

　　昭通市人大常委會副主任、彝良縣委書記鄭磊說，在天麻種子繁育上，彝良建成研發中心和5000畝野生天麻種源保護基地，與科研機構合作研發先進技術，2024年天麻良種產量約800萬斤，產值3.6億元，向貴州、四川等地銷售天麻種子200萬斤左右，“全國優質天麻種源基地”建設初見成效。

　　為促進天麻規範種植，彝良建成天麻科技示範園，制定天麻生產技術規程，堅持林下仿野生種植為主，每年開展天麻種植基地有機認證10萬畝，目前全縣11個鄉鎮、65個村的1.5萬余戶、7萬餘人種植天麻。

　　當地還在市場端發力，引進培育23家天麻龍頭企業，開發出天麻飲料、天麻蜜片等30餘種產品。2024年全縣天麻初加工主體90余戶，加工鮮天麻2350萬斤，初加工產值近19億元，其中銷售額1000萬元以上的初加工主體13家。

　　在小草壩鎮，昭通定風草生物科技公司通過訂單收購鮮天麻進行加工，為群眾帶來實惠。2024年，公司收購670戶農戶的140萬斤鮮天麻，讓周邊群眾種植的天麻不愁賣。

　　彝良縣不斷完善天麻產業利益聯結機制，積極探索多元合作發展模式。目前，438家龍頭企業、合作社等經營主體與5200余戶農戶合作，每年帶動2.1萬餘人就近就業，人均增收1.3萬余元。

　　彝良縣天桓農業發展種植有限公司是天麻種植龍頭企業，吸納80人穩定就業，還積極為農戶開展天麻種植技術培訓，帶動周邊300余戶農戶種植天麻800余畝。50歲的周元會經過培訓，在奎香鄉松林村種植6.5畝天麻，年收入10萬余元。

　　“天麻產業形成完整產業鏈，帶動了大量人口就業，為鄉村振興注入澎湃動力。”昭通市農業農村局局長羅光華說，2024年，昭通市種植天麻11.57萬畝、占雲南省的85%，產量5.82萬噸，綜合產值93.91億元，昭通天麻產品日益豐富，品牌影響力穩步提升。
