4月13日，由教育部、人力資源和社會保障部、上海市人民政府聯合主辦的“千行萬業系列招聘會”春季專場暨長三角地區2025屆高校畢業生專場招聘會在上海財經大學舉行。

　　本次招聘會以“才聚長三角，共促一體化”為主題，彙聚上海、江蘇、浙江、安徽四地企業崗位資源，來自積體電路、人工智慧、生物醫藥、金融科技等行業的千家企業參加，其中中國商飛、科大訊飛、東南電梯、宇樹科技等知名企業備受關注，為畢業生提供覆蓋航空製造、高端裝備、智慧機器人等領域的優質崗位超2.1萬個，充分展現新興產業與實體經濟融合發展的活力。

During the event, many universities in the Yangtze River Delta signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with private enterprises in key industries on the spot, focusing on key industries such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine, and digital finance to carry out talent supply and demand docking cooperation. Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces and one municipality jointly signed the "Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation on the Employment Alliance of College Graduates in the Yangtze River Delta Region", based on the cross-regional coordinated development strategy, through inter-provincial linkage and complementary advantages, to break down employment information barriers, and promote the deep integration of high-quality employment of college graduates and the coordinated development of regional economy.

The recruitment site also set up an "employment gas station" comprehensive service area to provide job-seeking graduates with policy consultation such as talent settlement and employment apprenticeship, as well as professional image consultants, rental guidance and other guarantee services, and guide students to do a good job in resume interviews, study abroad, public recruitment, conscription and other career planning.

It is reported that the Ministry of Education's "Thousands of Industries Series Job Fairs" and "Thousands of Schools and Enterprises Supply and Demand Matchmaking Meeting" and other recruitment docking activities will be held in Hunan, Zhejiang, Shandong, Tianjin, Jiangsu and other places in the near future.
