4月15日清晨，一場關乎生命的緊急接力在湖北省竹山縣官渡鎮中心衛生院上演，這不僅僅是一場救治行動，更是一場與時間賽跑的生命拯救戰。

日8時15分，官渡鎮中心學校一名12歲學生在早餐時突發意外，誤吞雞蛋大小饅頭導致氣道梗阻，呼吸驟停，情況危急。校方迅速啟動應急機制，在撥打120的同時，教師們立即對患兒實施海姆立克急救法，為後續救治贏得了寶貴時間。

8時20分，官渡鎮中心衛生院接到求助電話後，急診團隊迅速採取“即刻出診+遠程指導+現場待命”的雙軌處置模式，指導教師持續進行急救操作。

8時25分，患兒被緊急送達衛生院，此時已出現瞳孔散大、心搏驟停、大小便失禁等生命垂危的徵兆。急救團隊立即啟動“黃金4分鐘”搶救預案，醫療組持續進行胸外按壓，交替實施改良式海姆立克手法，同時建立靜脈通道注射腎上腺素。

經過多次衝擊，直徑約4cm的阻塞物於8時32分排出。在維持基礎生命支持的同時，醫療組歷經多輪高品質胸外按壓，8時48分，患兒的心跳和意識終於逐漸恢復，心電監護儀顯示室性自主心律，但生命危險並未解除。

9時50分，縣人民醫院急危重症團隊抵達現場，迅速參與急救。10時15分，患兒病情稍平穩后，被轉至上級醫院進一步搶救治療。
