A few days ago, the "Interim Measures for the Access Management of Shenzhen Shenshan High-end Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park Project" was officially issued. In accordance with the provincial and municipal standards and management requirements for the construction of chemical parks, in order to ensure the settlement of high-quality projects in line with the direction of industrial development, and to maximize the allocation of resource elements and benefits, the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone has prepared the measures in accordance with the procedures to institutionalize and standardize the access management of the high-end electronic chemicals industrial park in the Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, aiming to improve the overall safety and green development level of the park.

It is understood that the "Interim Measures for Access Management" provides enterprises with fair and clear guidelines for project declaration, and puts forward clear provisions in terms of access requirements, access processes, land supply and filing, etc., and industrial projects that meet the four major access requirements of "industrial conditions, process level, safety and environmental protection, and credit qualification of investment subjects (enterprise leaders)" only need to pass the three-level review system of "preliminary verification, review, and final review" to enter the land supply link, accelerate the agglomeration of high-quality projects, and promote the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.

2023年9月，深汕高端電子化學品產業園正式授牌。這是深圳首個、華南地區唯一的高端電子化學品專業園區，規劃面積約10平方公里，近期總投資約130億元，聚焦電子資訊產業和新能源汽車產業，構建“5+3+X”產業體系，推動突破國內積體電路與半導體材料“卡脖子”問題，為“中國芯”提供支撐。(記者 王森)
