IT之家 4 月 14 日消息,由未來移動通信論壇、紫金山實驗室主辦的 2025 全球 6G 技術與產業生態大會於 4 月 10 日至 12 日在南京上秦淮國際文化交流中心召開。
During the conference, CITIC Mobile, China Mobile, and Peking University jointly released the "Prototype of 6G holographic metasurface broadband mobile communication system", announced a new solution for future 6G mmWave massive MIMO high-speed transmission.
To meet the needs of 6G high-speed broadband communication, the three units jointly proposed the first mobile communication technology scheme for base station millimeter wave large-scale antenna based on reconfigurable holographic metasurface (RESW, Reconfigurable Holographic Surface) antenna in the industry.
By applying the principle of optical holography to the field of microwaves,The prototype designed a low-power antenna array with an ultra-thin flat panel structureBy loading dynamic components to control the electromagnetic response of metamaterials, the space beam can be reconstructed, which has the characteristics of low power consumption, light and thin form, good heat dissipation, scalable scale, and dynamic adjustability.
Further, a prototype was proposedHolographic beamforming transmission technologyIt has changed the limitations of traditional solutions in terms of scale, feeder network, and power consumption, and finally formed a new millimeter-wave multi-user multi-stream broadband mobile communication system for 6G, which is compatible with existing commercial wireless communication systems, and is expected to become a technical solution for the high-speed transmission potential of 0G millimeter wave massive MIMO in the future, and is used in various scenarios such as satellite communication, airborne/vehicle communication, cellular communication, and emergency communication.
