According to Wang Tianle, a student of the nuclear robot (robot) club of the school's automation engineering department, the mechanical dog (quadruped robot) can be used in various scenarios such as scientific research and exploration, industrial inspection, security patrol, material transportation, etc., with high flexibility and intelligent characteristics, equipped with 4D lidar and wide-angle camera, which can carry out complex environmental perception and navigation, and can be instructed to perform a variety of action postures through remote control. The school has participated in artificial intelligence-related competitions many times and has achieved good results. At present, the school is independently developing a motor quadruped robot according to the overall structure of the mechanical dog, and innovatively uses the pull rod structure to drive the "calf", which has higher stability.

In the AI Creative 3D Printing Exhibition Area, students from the Department of Automation Engineering used AI to generate pictures on the computer, converted two-dimensional drawings into 0D pictures, and the cartoon dolls printed by 0D printers with resin materials came to life. The students of the Department of Art and Design exhibited a dazzling array of cultural and creative products, including dragon-themed models that were self-drawn, cut, and mortise and tenon assembly; Structural design works such as the "Canton Tower" exhibited by students of the Department of Resource Exploration and Civil Engineering......
