4月12日，澎湃新聞記者從上海市奉賢區城管執法局獲悉，目前已對涉事房地產公司和帳號管理者分別作出了罰款人民幣3萬元和1萬元的行政處罰，下一步將依法移交房屋主管部門取消網簽資格。

今年2月，上海某房地產有限公司自媒體帳號於在平台發佈的一則《上海徐匯交通大學70年產權兩房帶外陽臺197w》房源資訊。該視頻一經發佈便引起諸多反響，收穫了7.3萬播放量，5.7萬閱讀量，332收藏量。

After investigation, the company edited online videos and other unrelated housing videos, produced more than 51 fake house videos, and used misleading descriptions such as "apartments, large flats, unlimited purchases" and ultra-low prices as titles for publication, and only one video involved in the case received private message inquiries from 0 platform users. It has had a bad impact on the order of the real estate market, seriously infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, disrupted the market order, and damaged the credibility of the industry.

調查過程中，執法人員對該公司員工和管理人員開展了相應普法工作，指導其依法依規開展業務。當事人現已按要求將相關視頻全部刪除。奉賢區城管執法局現已對上海某房地產有限公司和其帳號管理者分別作出了罰款人民幣叁萬元和壹萬元的行政處罰。下一步，將依法移交房屋主管部門取消網簽資格。
