狂風過境，江蘇沿海大批風電機組直面極端天氣考驗。4月11日深夜至12日，大風抵達華東沿海，由於應對措施及時得當，截至12日晚7時許，南通、鹽城各大風電場滿負荷運轉的同時發電量上揚。

對於海上風電站而言，“風”就意味著資源收益。12日傍晚6時許，南通如東海岸的江蘇新能海力海上風力發電有限公司，所有70台海上風電發電機組均保持正常運轉發電。僅以這一家海上風力發電企業為例，本月1至11日發電總量為2316萬千瓦時，而12日當天發電量就取得了650萬千瓦時的“佳績”，預計大風持續下，13日的單日發電量將創新高。

“受較強冷空氣和氣旋共同影響，12日12時開始，風電場海域平均風速保持在19m/s以上，機組處於滿負荷運行。”公司生產運營部主任陳忠良介紹，大風來臨前公司已發佈預警資訊，按照既定的《防颱、防汛、防強對流天氣預警行動措施》做好響應準備，開展大風前專項巡視，提前安排作業船舶安全返港、所有海上作業人員及時撤離上岸。

江蘇省氣象台大風黃色預警顯示，受較強冷空氣和氣旋共同影響，4月11日後半夜到13日白天鹽城、連雲港、淮安市將出現8到9級陣風，這給江蘇國信臨海風力發電有限公司10個風電專案的正常運行帶來挑戰。

12日晚間8時左右，臨海風電公司生產運營部一線值守的風機電控專職胡之龍表示，收到預警資訊后立即組織對風機和線路全面排查，將線路設備隱患、外力破壞風險和升壓站周邊不安全因素消除在“萌芽”狀態，並通過不間斷特殊巡視方式，及時消除設備安全隱患，保障402颱風機應發盡發、穩發滿發。

記者12日傍晚6時許連線到國家電投濱海海上風力發電有限公司安全總監劉躍偉時，該公司位於鹽城海岸的風機保持滿負荷運行狀態。“今天的風力，對海上風電利大於弊，由於風力大時間長，滿負荷的時間也比平時長，我們做好提前預警及設備檢查，因為風大，人員不能出海，所以提前讓海上值守人員坐船回岸並加強值班值守。”劉躍偉稱。
