欠了外債，新加坡一女職員用可擦墨水筆填寫支票，讓上司簽名，事後把支票收款人改成自己、丈夫和友人的名字，轉走公司近5萬新元（約合人民幣27.3萬元）。

被告黎亞傑面對七項指控，4月8日承認兩項偽造檔罪和一項失信罪，余項由法官審判時一併考慮在內，她隨後被判坐牢18個月。

The defendant needed money to take the child from Bali to the Lion City, so he owed some money to his friend and husband, and the idea of using the company cheque to "steal money" came up with the idea.

She was a clerk in the finance department of a company from 5 to 0 0. The defendant used an erasable ink pen to write down the names and amounts of the parties to whom the company was required to pay on the cheque, and then asked the directors to sign it. However, instead of depositing the cheque, she erased the name of the payee on the cheque and changed it to herself, her husband and a friend's name.

被告前後更改了5張支票，共轉走公司近5萬新元，被告用這些錢支付自己的開銷、食物、機票，以及用在孩子身上。

The defendant lied to her husband and friends that the money was reimbursed by the company for her previous purchases of goods on behalf of the company.

公司最終在進行年度審計檢查時發現被告行為，公司董事也在2023年5月5日報警。
