About the Quest Season Server:

The Discovery Season Server, also known as the Demon World Plus server, is Blizzard's Demon Relaunch Project that integrates multiple versions of resources, and the official Demon Modification version. It introduces a rune system based on Classic 8, overhauls class skills and gameplay (e.g. mages can milk, artists can tan), and there are many differences between dungeons and monsters. The Discovery Season server has been updated to P0, and the national server is undecided.
