Recently, a number of photography enthusiasts took wonderful pictures of the fishing of the great osprey (osprey), a national second-class key protected wild animal, in Lianhuachi Park. I saw this bird of prey hovering in the air and suddenly swooping down, its claws like hooks straight into the water, and the water splashed in an instant. When it flapped its wings and flew up, a silver fish struggled in its claws, showing great fishing skills.

Ospreys, also known as ospreys, belong to the genus Osprey in the family Eagle Osprey and are apex predators in freshwater ecosystems. It has extremely high requirements for the habitat environment, and usually only selects water with clear water quality and abundant fish resources.

In recent years, through continuous ecological management, the water transparency of the water body has been significantly improved, and the aquatic vegetation has been well restored, providing an ideal environment for fish to reproduce and attracting more and more birds to come to inhabit.
