快科技4月8日消息，市調機構AspenCore近日發佈了2024年度的China Fabless 100排行榜，對國內無晶圓晶片設計企業分門別類進行排行，涵蓋處理器、AI晶片、微控制器、記憶體、電源管理晶片、感測器、無線晶片、模擬晶片、功率器件、射頻與通信晶元等十大領域。

The enterprises in this ranking are headquartered in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, excluding enterprises in Taiwan Province of China, andFabless onlyIDM companies with wafer fabs are not included in the scope of screening.

The selected companies need to have independent R&D and design chip products, which have been mass-produced, commercialized or entered the supply chain of mainstream OEMs, and must have a number of invention technology patents, and have strong chip R&D and application design capabilities.

In the field of processors, including CPU, FPGA, multimedia SoC and other categories, Huawei's HiSilicon Semiconductor ranks first, followed by Shanghai Zhaoxin, Unisplendour Guoxin, Haiguang Information, Guoke Micro, as well as Rockchip, Allwinner Technology, etc.

Zhaoxin and Haiguang are both based on the X86 architecture route, while Loongson, which has an independent architecture, is not on the list.

Among them, HiSilicon has not been listed, and Zhaoxin just started the IPO process last year.

In the field of AI chips, Cambrian ranked first, and Biqian Technology ranked eighth.

In the field of memory, Zhaoxin Innovation won the first, Junzheng second, and Longsys fourth.

YMTC and Changxin Storage are not included in the statistics because they both have their own wafer fabs.

In the field of EDA, the selected ones have their own strengths in specific businesses, not only analog and digital tools, but also packaging and manufacturing tools. There is no surprise that Huada Jiutian has the best skills.
