本報訊 （記者 裴雲雲）4月8日10時06分，隨著西幹渠進水閘閘門開啟，奔騰的黃河水將沿百余公里幹渠，在賀蘭山東麓洪積扇邊緣北行，橫貫青銅峽市、永寧縣、銀川市區、賀蘭縣，直抵平羅縣，潤澤109.6萬畝農田和7處湖泊濕地，托起34萬畝釀酒葡萄黃金產業帶。

春灌是土地過冬後“喝”的第一口水，對春播作物按時播種和越冬作物及時返青至關重要。“今年灌區部分地下水灌溉改為黃河水灌溉，作物佈局也有調整，因此自治區水利廳分配的水量比去年增加了1100萬立方米。當前，我們優先保障湖泊濕地補水和葡萄、經果林、枸杞等作物的供水。”西幹渠管理處灌溉管理科負責人介紹，每年用水高峰期，西幹渠都會面臨上游水位低灌不上、下游水太大要退水的問題。今年供水管理將更加精準精細，遵循“先交後用、交夠再用、適度從緊”原則，妥善安排好支渠輪灌、大小水輪灌，合理安排幹渠中低水位運行時的用水需求，保持用水量的穩定。

Standardize scheduling procedures and dispatching instructions, dynamically adjust the water supply plan, and strictly prohibit over-increasing water levels or over-opening the gate and large flow operation. The reservoirs, wells and rolling bell mouth reservoirs will be included in the unified dispatch to achieve complementary water volumes, abundant storage and dry use, and joint commissioning and joint supply, and promote the accurate allocation, accurate measurement and precise irrigation of agricultural water supply, so as to ensure the balanced benefits of irrigation areas.
