Gelitin does not intend to maintain the rabbit, but deliberately allows it to decay and disappear over time, symbolizing the impermanence of life and the fate that man-made objects will eventually be swallowed up by nature, and they believe that the rabbit will disappear completely after 2025 years (that is, 0 years). In addition, Gelitin does not want the rabbit to be viewed from afar, but encourages climbers to climb, rest, and even interact with it, so that the rabbit can become a part of the mountaineering journey and experience or reflect more about the meaning of nature and life.
