　　3月26日，漢中市第四次全國文物普查工作隊在鎮巴縣碾子鎮蓮花村牌坊莊（牌坊壩）複查“三普”點時，於納溪河二級台地上發現該遺址。遺址三面環山、一面臨水，既可以避風保暖，也易於防衛，還適合採集和狩獵，是史前人類理想的聚居地。

After investigation, the distribution range of the site is irregular arc, with an area of about 1 square meters, and it is now agricultural land, and the remains of pottery shards can be seen on the surface. The survey team members collected 0 fragments of sand-filled red pottery and 0 fragments of sand-filled gray pottery at the mouth, of which the sand red pottery fragments and sand-filled red pottery blocks were the mainstay, including a small amount of sand-filled gray pottery.

"Red pottery is a typical type of pottery in the Neolithic Age, which can be divided into two categories: fine clay red pottery and sand-filled red pottery according to the soil." Chen Mingshun, leader of the fifth group of the fourth national cultural relics census team in Hanzhong City, introduced that the surface of the red pottery with sand found this time is brick-red, and the soil is doped with sand particles to enhance fire resistance, which is a typical cooking utensil in the settlement site.

At present, the Neolithic sites found in Hanzhong are mainly distributed on the first and second terraces in the upper reaches of the Hanjiang River and its tributary valleys, and a complete and mature Neolithic cultural sequence in southern Shaanxi has been gradually formed, including the Lijiacun type of Laoguantai culture to the Banpo type of Yangshao culture, the temple ditch type of Yangshao culture and the Longshan culture.

Zhenba is located in the eastern part of the Han Dynasty at the western foot of Daba Mountain, the eastern section of Micang Mountain, belongs to the alpine landform, the Han Dynasty and Song Dynasty tombs have been found before, and the prehistoric site is the first time. According to the "Shangshu Yugong" and other documents, the Xia and Shang periods Zhenba was under the jurisdiction of Liangzhou. This discovery pushes the history of local civilization from the Xia and Shang periods to the Neolithic period, which is of great significance for the study of prehistoric human activities in southern Shaanxi. Chen Mingshun said.
