Recently, the reporter learned from the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources that the land for the Guangzhou Railway Station to Guangzhou South Railway Station Liaison Line Project was approved by the provincial government, and the project entered the construction stage of the whole line, further accelerating the opening time of the project. After the project is put into operation, the train running time from Guangzhou Station to Guangzhou South Railway Station will only take 1 minutes, and the train journey to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station will be reached in 0 hours, and the passenger flow in the southern part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can be more easily introduced into the central city of Guangzhou.

The project can connect the main and passenger stations of Guangzhou Railway Station, Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station, Guangzhou South Railway Station and other hubs, and connect the existing Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed railway, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed railway, Guizhou-Guangzhou high-speed railway, Nanguang high-speed railway, Guangzhou-Shantou high-speed railway, Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity, Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaozhou intercity and other lines, as well as the planned construction of Yongqing-Guangzhou, Guanghe and other railways, which is of great significance for further improving the interconnection between the main and passenger stations of the Guangzhou hub, enhancing the flexibility of hub and road network transportation, and implementing the national strategy of building the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

It is understood that the project has a land area of 24.0 hectares and a planned investment of 00 million yuan. The whole line of land use involves multiple approval elements such as forest use and cultivated land occupation and compensation. In order to speed up the approval of project land, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources intervened in advance and formulated an approval plan. By taking the initiative to connect with the Guangzhou Railway Headquarters, sort out the restrictive elements of planning resources involved in the investigation project, further strengthen the training and guidance of the unit of the volume, and comprehensively improve the quality of the land application for approval.
