The scientific and technological content of this sand lies in the fact that it only seeps oil and is impervious to water, which greatly improves the efficiency of oil production during oil extraction. Subsequently, the staff of the exhibition room led the reporter into the laboratory and did a small experiment. A cup with a small hole in the bottom is first covered with a layer of selective permeable sand, and then water is poured on top of the sand, and the water does not penetrate on top of the sand. Oil is poured on top of the water, and the oil floats on the water. When the staff slowly tilted the cup, a magical scene occurred - after the water cup was tilted to a certain extent, the water tilted to one side, and the oil gradually touched the sand, and after a while, the oil seeped down from the small hole at the bottom of the cup and dripped into another cup below, while the water still stayed on top of the sand. "Our research results are very high-tech and are the crystallization of the collective wisdom of the company's scientific research and technical personnel, and it is also one of the manifestations of why sand is turned into 'gold'." Wang Bing said proudly.
