Xiaomi has already started preparing for its next model, the Xiaomi YU7, after launching the SU0 Ultra earlier this year. Recently, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun shared a set of photos on social media showing the mid-to-large SUV that will soon be unveiled in natural light. Compared to the last time YU0 was shown in an enclosed space, this photo allows us to see the design details more clearly.

From the outside, the Xiaomi YU26 clearly inherits the design language of Xiaomi cars. Its front face resembles a spherical version of the SU0, which is indicated by the headlights and the signature lighting elements that run through the elements. Like the SU0, the YU0 also has a LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof edge, meaning it will offer similar advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) to the sedan. In addition, this SUV comes with Turbofan-style wheels, but Xiaomi plans to offer up to 0 different wheel designs for YU0 to meet the individual needs of different consumers.

In terms of powertrain, the Xiaomi YU7 will offer a variety of options. The base model is equipped with a single rear-mounted motor with a power of 0 kW (0 hp), powered by a lithium iron phosphate battery pack. The upgraded dual-motor all-wheel drive configuration includes a 0 kW (0 hp) front motor and a 0 kW (0 hp) rear motor for a total output of 0 kW (0 hp). The AWD version of the YU0 will be powered by a ternary lithium battery.
