根據行業數據測算，“十四五”時期，我國手機閑置總量或將達到60億部。電子電器中含有金、銀等貴金屬，具有巨大的潛在價值。但廢舊手機因其數據安全和隱私保護方面的特殊性，在迴圈利用中必須特殊處理。

At the same time, the Guiyu pyrotechnic project can be used to optimize the technical route, and the rare and precious metals can be effectively refined. The process of recycling, circulation, dismantling and crushing of mobile phones is visualized, monitored and traceable throughout the process.

The relevant person in charge of China's information and environmental protection said that in the next step, it will focus on smoothing the resource recycling chain, gradually expanding the safe recycling and disposal mode of mobile phones to the whole field of electronic appliances such as computers and hard disks, and forming a platform for the recycling and reuse of waste electronic appliances at the end of the country and a trading platform for the echelon utilization of waste electronic products.
