Nottingham Forest defender Neco Williams spoke to Sky Sports after the 2-0 defeat at Aston Villa.
Neco Williams said: "The first half hurt us too much, especially in the first 15 minutes. They created more opportunities and took the advantage. When we came on in the second half, things had to change. In the second half we created a lot of chances but you needed to score and unfortunately we couldn't score today.
"It's so frustrating. We created a lot of chances but we just couldn't score, but the positives were there.
'We were disappointed in the first half. We usually play very tight and aggressive in the first 15 minutes, but that's when the opponent can attack you. This is our Achilles' wound. Our response has been positive. It's just not enough.
'We're going to recover quickly and then we'll be back on the pitch against Everton, it's another big game. The end of the season is very important for us. ”
