經查，網路主播樂傳曲（網名：曲曲大女人）通過個人帳戶收款隱匿銷售收入，以及將個人取得的勞務報酬所得轉換為個體工商戶經營所得等手段偷逃稅款。國家稅務總局上海市稅務局第四稽查局依據《中華人民共和國個人所得稅法》《中華人民共和國稅收徵收管理法》《中華人民共和國行政處罰法》等相關法律法規規定，對其依法追繳稅費款、加收滯納金並處罰款，共計758萬元。目前，樂傳曲已按規定繳清稅費款、滯納金及罰款。
