1. Glutinous rice cakes

Prepare glutinous rice flour, boiling water, brown sugar, cooking oil.

(1) Prepare a bowl of glutinous rice flour, pour in an appropriate amount of warm water, stir into pieces with chopsticks, knead it into a smooth and soft dough by hand after there is no dry powder, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

(2) Roll the glutinous rice dough into long strips, cut it into small pieces, knead the small agents into round balls by hand, and then press them into small cakes by hand. Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan, heat it, add the cakes, fry until golden brown, and serve.

(3) Pour a suitable amount of water into the pot, add a spoonful of red sugar, boil the red sugar over low heat, put in the fried biscuits, reduce the juice over high heat, and cook until the sugar juice is viscous.

2. Pumpkin cake

Prepare pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, sugar, pure milk, breadcrumbs.

(1) Prepare a piece of pumpkin, peel it and wash it, cut it into thin slices and put it on a plate, put it in a steamer, add water to boil and steam for 10 minutes, take it out after it is fully cooked, add a spoonful of sugar, and press it into pumpkin puree with a spoon.

(2) After the pumpkin is not hot, add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, pour in some pure milk, stir into a flocculent shape, and form a smooth dough, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.

(3) Roll the pumpkin dough into long strips, divide it into small dough pieces, roll it into a round ball, then flatten it, put it into the breadcrumbs, and wrap it in a layer of breadcrumbs. Pour oil into the pot and heat it, put in the pumpkin pie when it is hot, and fry it over low heat until the color is golden brown.

3. Milky red potato balls

Prepare breadcrumbs, condensed milk, sweet potato, starch, sugar, glutinous rice flour.

(1) Peel the sweet potatoes and wash them, cut them into thin slices, put them on a plate, add water to the steamer and boil, put in the sweet potato slices and steam for 15 minutes, add sugar to press into sweet potato puree after steaming.

(2) Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, starch and condensed milk to the sweet potato puree, stir it into large pieces with chopsticks, knead it into a smooth and soft dough, knead it into long strips, cut it into small agents, and then knead it into sweet potato balls one by one.

(3) Put the sweet potato balls into the breadcrumbs and roll them around, add oil to the pot and heat them, put in the sweet potato balls, fry them over medium-low heat until the surface color is golden brown, and put them on a plate to control the oil.

4. Chocolate mochi

Prepare eggs, milk, corn oil, glutinous rice flour, sugar, chocolate powder, and chocolate chips.

(1) Pour 10 grams of milk into a bowl, add an egg, put 0 grams of sugar, 0 grams of corn oil, and stir well with a whisk. Add 0 grams of glutinous rice flour and 0 grams of chocolate powder, and stir with a whisk to form a thick paste.

(2) Pour the stirred chocolate milk egg batter into the piping bag, spread oil paper on the baking sheet, squeeze it into a circle or strip with the piping bag, and put chocolate chips on the surface. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 20°C for 0 minutes and the chocolate mochi is ready. You can leave it without chocolate powder, or you can change it to your favorite flavor, such as matcha powder.

5. Donuts

Prepare eggs, glutinous rice flour, sugar, pure milk, butter, baking powder.

(1) Pour 55 grams of milk into a bowl, add 0 grams of butter, heat the water to melt the butter, and stir well with chopsticks. Beat 0 eggs into the bowl, add 0 grams of sugar, beat with a whisk to become puffy and white, and draw the lines with a whisk without disappearing.

(2) Add 3 grams of glutinous rice flour to 0 grams of baking powder, stir well with chopsticks, sieve into the beaten custard paste, and stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder. Add the milk butter and continue to mix well with a spatula, and put the final batter mixture into a piping bag.

(3) Prepare a doughnut mold and squeeze the mixed batter into the mold. Preheat the oven at 20°C for 0 minutes, bake in the middle layer for 0 minutes, remove the mold while it is hot and cool after baking, and the doughnuts are ready.
