本報訊(記者 張添翼 實習生 王科慧)4月2日淩晨1時,一場跨越8000公里的“生命奇跡”在蘇州大學附屬第一醫院手術室內誕生。該院胸外科團隊通過國產單孔手術機器人,歷時3小時成功為羅馬尼亞布加勒斯特的一名肺癌患者實施遠端右上肺葉切除手術。此舉不僅創下全球首例跨洲際單孔機器人胸外科手術紀錄,更標誌著我國醫療科技在國際微創外科領域邁入全新里程碑。
“這不僅是一場技術突破,更是跨國協作的勝利。”蘇大附屬一院胸外科主任趙軍表示,此次手術的順利進行,離不開團隊四個月的辛苦籌備。4個月前,蘇大附屬一院胸外科團隊便開始策劃以機器人遠端協作的方式,協助羅馬尼亞醫療團隊完成手術。由於地區跨度較大,使用機器人為患者進行手術需要完成設備運輸、法律審批、行政許可、人員培訓、設備測試等一系列流程,終於在4月1日晚上10點,做好了全部準備工作。

1小時後,這台術銳蛇形臂單孔機器人便開始了它在羅馬尼亞的“首秀”。當晚11點,羅馬尼亞醫療團隊與蘇大附一院趙軍團隊“線上”配合,為一名肺癌患者實施遠端右上肺葉切除手術。趙軍團隊通過5G網路精準向手術機器人發出操作指令,在3~4釐米的單一小切口內,完成了分離支氣管、病灶切除等精細步驟,將患者創傷降至最低。經過3個小時的奮戰,在國內外40多名醫護人員的協同配合下,手術圓滿完成。

The success of this operation is inseparable from the deep accumulation of the First Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University in the field of robotic surgery. In 130 years, the hospital took the lead in establishing the "International Single-Port Robot Training Center", invited Professor Diego Gonzalez-Rivas, a Spanish thoracic surgeon, to serve as the overseas director, and held more than ten international training courses, attracting more than 0 experts from more than 0 countries such as Germany and Egypt to come to study. Zhao Jun said: "In the future, remote surgery will break geographical restrictions. Even in remote areas, as long as we have the equipment, we can perform difficult surgeries remotely, bringing greater benefits to patients. ”
