3月29日，海珠濕地科教中心工作人員張陸欣在海珠湖觀魚亭周邊區域觀鳥時發現一隻“三有”物種——赤麻鴨，至此海珠濕地鳥類提升至202種。

　　Ruddy shelduck is a typical migratory bird, which flies from its wintering grounds in the south to its breeding grounds in the north every spring, and returns from the north to its wintering grounds in the autumn.Ruddy shelduck has orange-yellow and slightly brown color, prefers open wetlands, lakes, rivers and other environments, and has high requirements for water quality and food resources (such as fish, shrimp, and aquatic plants).

　　As the "green heart" of Guangzhou, Haizhu Wetland has an abundant water network, wetland vegetation and fish resources, and in recent years, the conservation effect has gradually emerged, providing an ideal halfway habitat for migratory birds.據統計，截至2025年3月31日，海珠濕地記錄有維管束植物835種、昆蟲類903種、鳥類202種、兩棲類8種、爬行類22種、哺乳類10種、魚類64種、底棲動物67種。
