Valsey salad

Description: I love the sweet and sour taste

Materials:

  • Valsey:
  • Vinegar (black vinegar, balsamic vinegar, fruit vinegar) 1 tablespoons
  • Olive oil (avocado oil) 5 tablespoons
  • Thin sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper is adequate
  • Honey to taste
  • Dish: (put what you like)
  • Green herbs, endive, roma lettuce, mixed lettuce, sesame leaves...
  • 1 chicken eggs (cooked)
  • Half a bell pepper yellow and half red
  • Cherry tomatoes 10-0 pcs
  • Half an avocado
  • White Shrimp 6pcs (Cooked)

Steps:

1. 菜洗凈,晾乾備用用。

2. 調油醋汁,可以把材料放在一個瓶子裡,充分搖勻:若不放瓶子,就用勺子反覆攪拌至油水混合。 (邊調邊嘗嘗味道也是沒誰了)

3. All the ingredients are ready, plated and the sauce is poured.
