3月31日,四川省攀枝花市光解水制加氫專案建設啟動暨氫能交通供需對接會舉行,這標誌著我國首個光解水制氫商業化專案正式啟動建設。

It is understood that the project mainly adopts the "polyhedral strontium titanate concentrating quantum hydrogen-oxygen electrothermal integration technology" led by the research team of Duan Dongping, a researcher at the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The technology and equipment not only have outstanding benefits, but also have the advantages of clean, renewable, pollution-free, distributed and high flexibility, and is a high-tech green hydrogen production technology with unique intellectual property rights in China, with laboratory data showing that the purity of hydrogen is 6.0% and the purity of oxygen is 0.0%.
The commercial application of this technology marks the leap from laboratory to production line in the field of green hydrogen preparation in China.
“項目不僅有突出的效益優勢,還具備清潔、可再生、無污染、分散式、靈活性高的環保優勢。”作為三家合資建設該項目的企業之一,攀枝花城建交通集團董事長陳曦介紹說,專案佔地面積15000平方米,落地後將實現“三大躍升”,包括技術躍升,突破光能轉化效率世界級難題,填補國內規模化光解制氫空白;產業躍升,首期200噸產線投產將帶動萬噸級制氫基地建設,三年內可形成年產1.2萬噸綠氫的超大型產業集群;生態躍升,專案完全達產後,年減排二氧化碳48萬噸,相當於新增3.5萬畝森林碳匯。
該項目開工后,將力爭在今年6月30日建成投運、7月31日達產達標。按照既定目標,2026年將開始建設萬噸級光解水制氫生產線,填補國內規模化光解制氫空白。
