There is light to moderate rain in parts of central and western Jilin, most of Liaoning, southeastern Tibet, eastern southwest China, eastern Huanghuai, western Jianghan, most of Jiangnan, most of southern China, and Taiwan Island, among them, there is heavy rain (0~0 mm) in some parts of southeastern Tibet.
