IT之家 4 月 3 日消息,科技媒體 91Mobile 昨日(4 月 2 日)發佈博文,報導稱三星公司最新獲批一項專利,在相容的三星 Galaxy 手機背板上,Galaxy Ring smart rings can be charged wirelessly.
According to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) public documents, Samsung filed the patent in 7/0, and the patent drawing shows that the second-generation Galaxy Ring can be attached to the backplate of a compatible Samsung phone for wireless charging, and the patent also shows a triple-fold phone.
The patent describes the device as having multiple sets of sensors that can monitor the placement of the ring in real time. If the charging area is not aligned, the phone will pop up a prompt to guide the user to adjust. After the charging starts, the phone screen will display data such as battery percentage, charging status, etc. synchronously. The technology works similarly to the reverse wireless charging of existing flagship mobile phones (such as charging TWS earphones and smart watches).
IT Home previously quoted South Korean media reports that the second-generation Galaxy Ring may abandon traditional lithium-ion batteries and switch to solid-state batteries with higher energy density, which is expected to significantly extend battery life.
