This is a new house with a usable area of 116 square meters, which was originally a four-bedroom layout. According to the living habits and daily needs, it has been transformed into a three-bedroom configuration, while improving the indoor lighting and enhancing the freedom and flexibility of the space.

In order to enhance the privacy, we used a combination of storage cabinets and glass screens to create a separate entrance area that allows light and privacy. Directly facing the glass screen, a row of additional storage cabinets was customized, further enhancing the storage capacity of the entryway.

Kitchen

The open kitchen is connected to the dining room, making the whole space more spacious and bright, and the flow is smooth and reasonable. The design of the island not only greatly improves the problem of insufficient light in the kitchen, increases the storage space, but also becomes an important bridge between the dining room and the kitchen.

Living room

The light grey sofa becomes the focal point of the living room, and its design cleverly balances openness and privacy, making the whole space appear more open and bright. The simple yet warm furnishings are complemented by carefully selected greenery to create a natural and comfortable atmosphere.

Lord's Bedroom

The bedroom adopts a wall treatment of upper and lower color separation, with an elegant dark green as the main color at the top and a dark gray pink as a transition at the bottom, which not only reflects the owner's pursuit of quality of life, but also helps to create a quiet and peaceful sleeping environment.

Girls' room

Walk along the pine-green path into the girl's room, which is full of childlike fun and dreamy atmosphere. The rooms are small but have a compact layout, making the most of every inch of available space for personalisation, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.

Boys' room

With practicality and aesthetics in mind, the boys' room has a central doorway, a wardrobe and a desk on either side, and a bed near the window, which not only saves valuable floor space, but also provides more storage options and makes the room look neater and organised.
