3月30日，第九屆華為ICT大賽中國總決賽頒獎典禮在南京東南大學九龍湖校區圓滿落幕。此次大賽由華為與東南大學聯合舉辦，期間同步舉辦ICT人才發展高峰論壇、創新賽、程式設計賽等系列活動和比賽。頒獎典禮上揭曉了第九屆華為ICT大賽中國總決賽各賽道的獲獎名單，其中獲得實踐賽、創新賽、程式設計賽的84支隊伍將晉級5月在深圳舉辦的全球總決賽，與來自世界其他國家的100余支隊伍展開巔峰對決。

本屆華為ICT大賽在第八屆大賽實踐賽和創新賽的基礎上，新增了程式設計賽、挑戰賽及面向高校教師的教學賽，進一步豐富了賽事內涵。大賽吸引了 14 萬高校師生報名參賽，覆蓋31個省份及直轄市的1618所高校，報名人數創歷史新高，經過初賽選拔，最終458支師生隊伍入圍中國總決賽。

3月29日，第九屆華為ICT大賽中國總決賽創新賽在東南大學舉行，來自44所高校的55支隊伍從初賽報名的187所高校的741支隊伍脫穎而出，通過現場“演示+答辯”的方式進行大比拼。

​Based on Huawei's ICT technologies, the participating teams combined the pain points of manufacturing, power, transportation, healthcare, agriculture, energy, education, meteorology, construction, and smart cities to unlock more personalized application scenarios, such as the cloud-network edge-end collaborative detection system for industrial products, the MindSpore-based smart agriculture assistance management platform, the AI-enabled intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance solution, the extreme weather intelligent detection system, the intelligent postpartum depression detection system, and the Mental health assessment system for the empty nest elderly, smart disaster search and rescue drones, etc. The work fully integrates innovation and social benefits, showing the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and social responsibility of contemporary college students.
