Living room before renovation: A very traditional old-fashioned duplex layout, due to the limitation of floor height, the overall vision seems depressing, although the lighting on the top floor is good, but the transparency is insufficient.

Within the scope of the structure, the designer cut out the floor slab as much as possible, so that the top duplex was transformed into a LOFT. The staircase was also moved to the other side to get the best daylight and transparency of the space.

The original entrance hall and dining room: the entrance is a partition hallway with little practical value, and under the stairs is a small storage space.

After the staircase was removed, a small entrance space was designed. Use an industrial-style iron grid as a partition (transparent), and you can hang all kinds of small objects, keys, etc. directly on it when you enter the door, which is cheap, practical and tonal.

With a small floor, it is very convenient to sit down and change shoes and put bags and clothes. Think about a busy day, come home, throw things down and lie down comfortably...

This is the residence of a family of three, a post-80 couple, with a lovely and sweet daughter. The daughter is the pearl of the palm, and a lot of consideration has been given to her in all aspects, such as having a hanging basket and not destroying the overall style. I originally wanted to make an open kitchen, but when I communicated, I found that the owner preferred to cook Chinese food, and for the sake of insurance, I still added a door.

From the beginning, the restaurant was more industrial in detail, with a selection of tables and chairs with a sense of age, old art paint, steel chandeliers and so on.

Of course, in addition to beauty, it must also be practical, and the dining room has added a cabinet as an extension of the kitchen, so that all kinds of small appliances have a suitable nest (it will look very messy in the kitchen, if you put it in the dining room, it is easy to access at the same time, and it can also be used as decoration).

As for the things below, friends who often buy vegetables understand best, not everything is suitable for stuffing in the refrigerator, and then when the big bags are carried home, they don't like to put them directly on the ground.

The iron grid frame, plus the photo is a photo wall, so that the industrial style kitchen has a warm atmosphere.

There was a door between the original living room and the balcony, and the balcony was not enclosed. The designer removed the doors and frames of the balcony and closed the balcony to extend the living room. Then the transition is made by raising the floor to make it more layered.

Upstairs is the space of the owner's daughter, I want to do a dreamy, I chose the lighting of the big beads and small beads falling on the jade plate, and the glass wall is the daughter's room, which also echoes in the lighting.

Then the stairwell was made into an open cloakroom, and the entire wall was made into a cabinet, and as many clothes and quilts could be fitted.

Up the stairs is the daughter's study, which is integrated with the stairwell. There is an invisible sliding door, which opens to create a small private space. Considering that children will pay more attention to privacy when they are older.
