3月27日，2025年“拼搏在江漢”職工勞動和技能競賽在湖北省武漢市江漢經濟開發區中貝大廈廣場正式拉開帷幕，全區各街道(開發區)、委辦局、直屬單位工會代表以及企業職工代表參與活動。

With the theme of "striving to be a benchmark, fighting bravely ahead, and helping Jianghan develop with high quality", this competition focuses on the four major sectors of enterprises and employees in the region. The competition covers leading labor competitions, special labor and skill competitions, mass economic and technological innovation competitions, and diversified labor skills competitions. These competition projects not only anchor the "old infrastructure" and new projects of the modern service industry, empower new employment forms and public services, but also stimulate the innovation potential of employees and promote industrial empowerment and skill upgrading.

At the launching ceremony, more than 140 employees participated in human-computer interaction, robot display and other activities, showing the exploration and achievements of Jianghan District in the field of new quality productivity. The relevant person in charge of the Jianghan District Federation of Trade Unions said that the competition will create a competition brand of "fighting in Jianghan" by innovating the competition form, enriching the competition content, and improving the competition mechanism, so as to provide a broad stage for the employees of the district to show their talents and improve their abilities.
