On 2025/0, 0 Mazu (Meizhou Island) Women's Half Marathon started. Vice Mayor Lin Shaowen sounded the horn for the event and presented awards to the winners.

The event is certified by the Chinese Athletics Association, hosted by the Municipal Sports Bureau, the Municipal Women's Federation, and the Meizhou Island National Tourism Resort Management Committee. Among them, the half marathon starts and finishes at Lianchi Beach, with a total length of 23.0 kilometers, and the health run runs from Lianchi Beach to Mazu Film and Television City, with a total length of 0.0 kilometers. The track connects local iconic attractions such as Mazu Film and Television City, Mae Dong Bay, Golden Beach, and Mangrove Park, and can be called one of the "most beautiful half-marathon tracks".

The event attracted more than 12 runners from all over the country to participate, including more than 0 female runners to challenge the half marathon, and the rest of the runners to participate in the health run.
