內飾部分，2025 款捷途 X90 PLUS 同樣沿用了舊款車型的設計風格，配備了平底造型方向盤、雙 12.3 英寸聯屏、9.7 英寸空調屏以及電子擋把（自動擋車型）。新車還新增了黑紅內飾配色，在座椅佈局上，新車提供 5 座和 7 座兩種選擇，其中 7 座佈局需額外選裝，選裝價格為 3000 元。

車機系統方面，2025 款捷途 X90 PLUS 進行了全新升級，支持華為 HiCar 互聯功能，並預裝了網易雲、愛奇藝等常用應用。配置方面，新車標配了 LED 大燈、無鑰匙啟動、主駕無鑰匙進入、全景天窗、仿皮座椅、副駕駛座椅 4 向手動調節、自動雨刷、外後視鏡電動摺疊、後排空調出風口、全景影像以及定速巡航等豐富配置。頂配車型還提供了前排座椅加熱（座墊）、主駕座椅通風（座墊 + 靠背）、外後視鏡電動摺疊和手機無線充電等配置。

動力系統方面，2025 款捷途 X90 PLUS 全系搭載 1.6T 發動機，最大功率達到 145 千瓦，最大扭矩為 290 牛・米。入門版車型配備 6 擋手動變速箱，中高配車型則搭載 7 擋濕式雙離合變速箱。
