3月28日，記者從廣州港集團瞭解到，廣州港南沙港區國際通用碼頭水工主體結構正式動工，標誌著這項總投資約75億元的“超級工程”邁入重要施工階段。此次動工的水工主體結構涵蓋碼頭樁基、承台、梁板等核心工程，項目整體預計於2027年年中滿足投產運營條件。

這座現代化碼頭規劃建設2個15萬噸級和2個10萬噸級通用泊位，配套14個3000噸級駁船泊位。作為廣東省、廣州市重點建設專案，該專案建成后，南沙港區將新增1550萬噸年貨物通過能力和50萬標箱集裝箱處理能力，與現有20個深水泊位形成超16公里的連綿岸線，構築起華南地區專業化、規模化、一體化碼頭集群。

As the core project of infrastructure interconnection in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the international general terminal of Nansha Port Area of Guangzhou Port will further upgrade and improve the three-dimensional multimodal logistics system of "sea, water, rail and public" in Nansha Port Area after the completion of the railway, high-speed road network and waterway of Nansha River, and effectively reduce the interconnection logistics cost of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is worth noting that the project construction adheres to the concept of green development, is committed to building a green port in line with international standards, and actively introduces a series of intelligent and green equipment and technologies such as ship shore power systems, automation equipment, electric container trucks, and intelligent gates, so as to build an efficient, environmentally friendly and intelligent modern port, and move towards the goal of a world-class green port.
