描述:最近在家裡找了個最喜歡的角落,佈置成專屬於我的放鬆空間,每日里都在忙著工作,真的很需要這樣一個精神療癒地。一壺茶,一本書,呆到日落黃昏,盡情沉浸在自己的世界裡,再來點美食就更好啦,全身心都大滿足~最近的心頭好是這道『大米糕』,白白胖胖的很是光滑,口感綿軟Q彈,配上酸甜的蔓越莓乾,再撒點乾桂花,滿嘴香味兒,真的好看又好吃。製作也非常簡單省力,大米糊倒入模具里,用微波爐熱3分鐘就行,不需要揉面和醒發,成功率百分百。建議大家用矽膠模具來做,容易脫模,糕點不會粘在上面,成品非常完整漂亮。之前就有朋友問過這個做法,想做給寶寶當輔食吃,也算是補上作業吖✌️甜味比較克制,淡淡的不膩人,大家可以按喜好增減糖的用量。也能再加點料,比如蜜豆、紅棗等,直接放進米糊里一起加熱,肯定會更美味。
