In view of the fact that Vietnamese passengers arrive in a concentrated manner every Thursday, Hekou North Railway Station arranges a passenger with a strong sense of service and can communicate briefly with foreign passengers to conduct inspections in the waiting room, ticket gates and other areas in advance, so as to provide timely service for foreign passengers; When the number of foreign passengers arrives more than 200, the management personnel will be notified to fill the position and solve the problems encountered by the passengers in a timely manner. At the same time, they also arranged special personnel to connect with the tour guides of the Vietnamese tour group in advance, dynamically grasp the information of the number of Vietnamese tour groups, train numbers, arrival time and other information, and set up a special verification channel to check in advance and wait for the train; Separate belts will be added to the platforms, and foreign passengers will be organized to queue up in batches to improve the overall boarding and landing efficiency and ensure the safe and smooth travel of foreign passengers.

針對跨境游從團隊出行向“半自由行”轉變的實際，河口北站持續加大差異化服務力度，提前梳理“半自由行”外籍旅客数量；組織專人在驗證口、檢票口等區域引導服務，提醒外籍旅客提前準備好護照、有序檢票候車，確保“半自由行”旅客和團隊出行旅客均能高效順暢出行。截至3月26日，河口北站今年發送入境外籍旅客數量同比增長180.21%。
