At present, the project has entered the stage of curtain wall and interior hardcover construction.

The center is located in the Xiangmihu area of Futian District, which is a city meeting room, industry meeting room and citizen meeting room that integrates "world vision, Chinese style, Lingnan style and Shenzhen characteristics", and will be built into a complex high-end conference and exchange platform dominated by conference functions and integrating international conferences, large-scale business conference activities, boutique exhibitions, catering and accommodation.
