據新華社電 根據人社部、財政部26日消息，我國將實施“技能照亮前程”培訓行動，從2025年起到2027年底，面向有就業和培訓意願的農村轉移就業勞動者、離校未就業高校畢業生、登記失業人員、就業困難人員等重點群體和企業職工，積極開展職業技能培訓。
According to reports, the action mainly focuses on the market demand and vocational skills requirements in key areas such as health care and childcare, advanced manufacturing, modern services, and new occupations, and implements the four-in-one project-based training model of "job demand + skill training + skill evaluation + employment service" to promote the collaborative linkage of training and employment.
