據介紹，開行以來，機場公交專線已服務超515萬人次，累計運行2870萬公里，單日最高客流超萬餘人次，日均達8000人次，交通分擔率也由開通初期的4.4%增長至5.5%，其中夜間分擔率達18%，公休日期間夜間分擔率達到20%。
