According to the Xinjiang Legal Daily, recently, the Yining Municipal People's Court adopted the charges and sentencing recommendations of the Yining Municipal People's Procuratorate and sentenced Yi XX to eight months in prison with a one-year probation for the crime of destroying computer information systems.

In 12 and 0 months, the Yining Municipal Procuratorate prosecuted the case of tampering with others' special promotion volunteers in accordance with the law.

After review, the defendant Yi XX and the victim Mai XX were classmates and friends, and both of them signed up for the college entrance examination at the same time. Because of his unsatisfactory test results, he wanted his friend Mai Moumou to accompany him to review the postgraduate entrance examination in the future, so he used the account password obtained when he helped Mai Moumou check the registration information before, logged in to the educational examination system without authorization, and deleted all the six volunteers filled in by Mai Moumou, and then filled in the admission score line for Mai Moumou over the years far exceeding the colleges and universities with the score of Mai Moumou, which led to the final failure of Mai Moumou, who could have been admitted.

After the case was discovered, Mai XX reported the case to the public security organs.

After receiving the public security organ's report on the case, the Yining City Procuratorate immediately assigned a procurator to intervene in advance, put forward investigative opinions on key issues such as electronic data fixation and subjective intentional determination, and urged the public security organs to collect relevant evidence, form a complete evidence chain, and confirm the facts of Yi's crime.

After review, Yi XX tampered with others' willingness to apply for the examination for his own selfish thoughts, resulting in the failure of the college entrance examination and the loss of the opportunity to be admitted to the ideal college, which not only undermined the normal order of the recruitment work, but also deprived the right to independent choice of the right to receive education, and even changed the career development of the life of the buyer, which has serious social harm, and his behavior is suspected of the crime of destroying the computer information system.

　　庭審中，依某某痛哭流涕，多次向買某某懺悔，並表示願意盡自己所能向買某某進行經濟補償。2025年3月17日，伊寧市人民法院採納伊寧市人民檢察院指控的罪名及量刑建議，以破壞計算機信息系統罪判處依某某有期徒刑八個月，緩刑一年。
